Booking Process - What happens next?

1. 50% deposit is payable immediately when you check out. By paying the deposit, your spot will be secured for this package
2. We will reach out to you to ask for the personal/passenger/passport details of you and anyone else in your group
3. The second and final payment is due 31st March 2026
4. Accommodation vouchers will be sent out by the first week of May 2026
5. Wristbands for EDC + Transfers are collected in person the week of EDC
