Festigo Travel is a travel agency that offers secure and guaranteed music festival travel solutions for its customers, for both Australia and International music events. We also provide travel management solutions for event and club promoters, and DJs and artists across the world.
Is Festigo Travel legit?
We are 100% legitimate. Our Instagram page will show you videos and photos of hundreds of customers picking up their Tomorrowland treasure chests and wristbands from us in Belgium, and we hold a 4.9 star rating on Google reviews.
We are an official travel partner with the majority of the music festivals we offer.
Look for the Official Travel Partner seal when searching for music festivals on our Festival Calendar.
How do I find out which music festivals are coming up?
Our Festival Calendar will show you what events are happening in the year. The calendar offers a month-to-month view, making it easy to plan a multi-festival trip with us.
I want to find music festivals of a specific genre.
You can search by genre with our Festival Search. If you’re a multi-genre fan, you can separate genres with a comma and we’ll list all the relevant festivals for you to consider.
Can I just buy an entry ticket through Festigo Travel?
Generally, alll ticket purchases must include a travel component as part of the booking. We do on occasion sell the tickets on their own.
How do I make a booking?
There’s a few ways you can book with us.
Some events listed can be booked directly from the website. Head over to Festival Calendar or Festival Search and click ‘book now’. Let us know how many people will be in your booking, when you want to travel and how long you want your trip to be.

I want to make changes or cancel my booking.
We know that things don’t always go according to plan, but you can be assured we’re here to help you no matter what you need. If you need to change or cancel your booking, please contact us with your full name and booking number and we’ll get back to you as soon as we can.
Please note that all deposits are non-refundable as per our booking terms and conditions.
Can I sell my package to someone else?
Festigo Travel’s community is made up of customers who may be looking to attend the same festival. An advantage of booking with us is that if you need to cancel your booking, we will work with you to resell it safely to other like-minded people within our community. We do not promote or support scalping or price gouging, and will always keep the resale price the same as the original cost.
I’ve booked with Festigo Travel but have also organised some of it on my own, can I still join Festigo Travel’s group?
Absolutely! If we’ve booked the festival component of your trip, we’d love for you to join the group when we’re there and be a part of our community.
