30 JUN – Day 1 – End of Defqon 1 (Monday morning) to Frankfurt (Contiki Start)
Pick up from Defqon in Biddinghuizen. Journey to Frankfurt, often described as a big city with a friendly village feel, a historical haven known for its sausages and
waterways. You’re free to explore however you like tonight but first, your Trip Manager will give you a brief orientation.
1 JUL – Day 2 – Frankfurt to Nuremberg
Rise and shine, folks. This morning, we say goodbye to the city of Frankfurt and head to Nuremberg. In the heart of Bavaria join a walking tour that’ll fill you in on
1000 years of history, from emperors and Renaissance riches to World Wars and Nazi trials. Enjoy the rest of the day to explore the nightlife or have a bit on R & R,
the choice is yours!
2 JUL – Day 3 – Nuremberg to Salzburg
Start your day at Nuremberg Castle, the iconic symbol of the city. Explore the Imperial Palace, which served as a residence for Holy Roman Emperors. Onwards we
go into the mountain ranges that made the Sound of Music famous. Also, home to Mozart, you can be pretty certain, Salzburg knows a tune! Have the rest of the
night to do as you wish.
3 JUL – Day 4 – Electric Love Festival (Thursday Optional) OR Free Time
Today is ours to enjoy all of Salzburg’s delights! Before the group is let loose on the streets of Salzburg, come together to see the largest preserved fortress in
Central Europe – Hohensalzburg. Enjoy Electric Love Festival Day 1 or Have the rest of the day to explore at your own pace.
4 JUL – Day 5 – Electric Love Festival – VIP Table Service (Cupra Lounge)
5 JUL – Day 6 – Salzburg to Vienna
Today we say goodbye to Salzburg and continue east in our discoveries, bound for Vienna. We have arrived! Have some time at leisure to explore Vienna before
you join a Habibi & Hawara dinner.
6 JUL – Day 7 – Vienna to Prague
This morning, join your Trip Manager to uncover the historical heritage of Schönbrunn Palace, the State Opera House and the gothic St. Stephen’s
Cathedral. Continue to the compact & lovable city of Prague, we’ll get out and go exploring, seeing castles and cathedrals and learning of Bohemian Kings and
gothic history.
7 JUL – Day 8 – Prague to Berlin
We warned you about falling head over heels for Prague! Sorry kids, you cannot live here forever. On the world map of cool party vibes, Berlin has a gold star.
We’ve got two nights to explore every inch of this amazing city before Air Beat One Festival, and we’ll kick it off with a bit of history into the city and its troubled
and interesting past. Once we arrive your Trip Manager can point you in the right direction to go and see the sights.
8 JUL – Day 9 – Berlin
Get into the mood of exploration. Berlin has so much to offer the hungry traveller, from the obvious icons like Checkpoint Charlie to all the obscurities tucked
away in the side streets. Today we’ll embark on an Alternative Berlin walking tour, taking us to all the city’s hipster haunts and historical hotspots.
9 JUL – Day 10 – Berlin to Air Beat One Festival (Contiki END)
We head to Air Beat One Festival and begin the 4 day festival madness!
10 JUL – 12 JUL – Day 11/12/13 – Air Beat One Festival
13 JUL – Day 14 –Air Beat One Festival to Berlin International Airport (BER)
Coach bus transfer back to Berlin International Airport (BER) – Estimated time to arrival would be around 1PM – Please book flights or trains after 3PM
