PRE-REGISTRATION

Pre-registering on Tomorrowland’s website and pre-registering with Festigo are two completely different registrations and are not affiliated with each other. If you have pre-registered via Tomorrowland directly, make sure to register on Festigo’s website as well so we can contact you to secure tickets/packages!
Registering through Festigo simply adds you to our mailing list for when our packages/price list becomes available. Your preference gives us an idea of what everyone wants but does not limit you to what you can book through us when bookings open. You’ll receive the full price list with both camping and hotel options when sales open (date TBC).
If you think you’ve already pre-registered with us, email [email protected] from the email address you would have used and we can cross check. Please do not pre-register multiple times.
No. Only one member of your group needs to pre-register. Having multiple people register does not increase your chances and slows down the process for everyone.
No. Register once only. Duplicate registrations with the same details will be moved to the end of the queue.
No. Your first pre-registration is automatically assigned to a consultant. Any repeat registrations are disregarded and/or pushed to the end of the queue.

BOOKING / PACKAGES

We do not have a confirmed date yet but will notify everyone who has pre-registered once this is locked in. As Travel Partners, we cannot release price lists or go on sale until after Tomorrowland’s official Worldwide Ticket Sale on 31 January 2026. Everyone who pre-registers with Festigo will receive our price list and be able to book after this date.
Packages are sold out, but you can still join our waitlist using the form below!
Tomorrowland limits sales to 4–6 tickets per lead booker, depending on ticket type. Festigo has no set limit, meaning you can book for your entire group in a single booking. Everything is first come, first serve, so ensure you have your group’s details ready before sales open.
As official Travel Partners (not re-sellers), we must book at least two travel components for all Tomorrowland ticket holders. This applies to camping packages too. Travel components can include flights, accommodation, travel insurance, group tours, etc. These must be booked before 1 July or your tickets may be cancelled and refunded/resold. A minimum spend applies.
No. Montagoe packages are only available directly through Tomorrowland. Travel Partners do not have access to them.
No. Festigo’s package pricing differs because we arrange our own hotels and shuttles, and prices are set for the Australian market including exchange rate, fees, VAT, etc. Our prices also help fund 24/7 on-ground support in Belgium and the convenience of booking through us instead of competing online at 3AM.
No. Full payment is required within 24 hours of receiving your invoice. Payment plans are only available through SlicePay (10% deposit, up to 26 weekly/fortnightly repayments). A 12% service fee applies. Plans must be set up within 24 hours of receiving your link.
Festigo can help pair solo travellers of similar age and gender to save costs and meet new people. If you prefer your own space, you may book any 2-person camping package and only pay for 1 ticket + accommodation—we will help sell the extra ticket. Solo hotel packages will also be available. We will never place strangers together without both parties agreeing beforehand.

TICKET COLLECTION / OTHER

Tickets and treasure cases are collected in Antwerp on Wednesday/Thursday/Friday of each festival week. Camping or locker vouchers will be emailed to the lead booker the week of the event. We cannot ship bracelets or treasure cases. Once collected, you can link your bracelet to your Tomorrowland account using the unique code on the back.
No. Your booking will only appear in your Tomorrowland account after you collect your bracelet and link it.
Yes. You can book add-ons such as restaurant reservations online without having a ticket/bracelet linked to your account.
This may be possible if there are other customers wanting to swap the same ticket/package type. A change fee per person applies if the swap is successful.
Festigo makes it easy to re-sell your package so you can get your money back. Let us know as soon as possible and you will receive a refund once your package is re-sold (minus a cancellation fee).

Important Update – Tomorrowland Travel Bookings

We want to share an important update regarding how Tomorrowland travel packages will be managed moving forward.

Your Tomorrowland trip deserves more than “fingers crossed.” Securing tickets should not be the final piece of the puzzle. Booking flights and accommodation before obtaining your Tomorrowland package is one of the biggest risks travellers can take.

At Festigo Travel, our role extends far beyond selling tickets. We operate as a full-service travel agency, curating complete travel experiences that include:

  • Domestic flights
  • Accommodation
  • Transfers
  • Car hire
  • Tours
  • Cruises
  • Travel insurance

We do not pre-reserve or hold Tomorrowland tickets in advance.

Festigo Travel – Official Tomorrowland Package Policy

Tomorrowland allocations are extremely limited each year. To ensure fair access and to continue delivering the high level of service our clients expect, an updated booking policy now applies.

By managing the majority of your journey, we are able to deliver a seamless, coordinated trip while maintaining premium service and end-to-end support. Your entire trip is strategically planned, professionally managed, and structured to reduce risk while providing the strongest possible pathway to attend — without relying on resale platforms or chance.

Booking Requirement

Moving forward, you will be required to book a minimum number of travel components related to your Tomorrowland trip through Festigo Travel in order to qualify to purchase a Tomorrowland package.

Meeting this requirement allows you to be considered only. It does not guarantee ticket allocation, confirmation, or availability. All packages remain subject to limited availability at the time of release.

This structure also supports the long-term sustainability of our official supplier partnerships.

Tomorrowland Booking Policy – Frequently Asked Questions

Tomorrowland allocations are strictly limited each year. This policy ensures access is extended to clients booking full travel experiences, while maintaining supplier relationships and service standards.
It means that the majority of your travel components of your trip, such as international flights, accommodation, transfers, tours, cruises, and/or travel insurance must be booked through Festigo Travel in order to meet the qualifying criteria.

Demand for Tomorrowland is global and allocations are strictly limited. Even clients who meet the booking requirements may miss out once allocation is exhausted. All packages are subject to availability at the time of confirmation.

If you are unsuccessful during the initial release, we do operate a waitlist for a second opportunity should packages become available. While cancellations cannot be guaranteed, travel plans can change and spaces may reopen. If that occurs, waitlisted clients will be contacted accordingly.

This policy benefits travellers who want a seamless Tomorrowland experience. It allows us to focus our time and resources on clients who trust us with their full journey, resulting in smoother planning, stronger support, and a higher overall service standard.
