Pre-registering on Tomorrowland’s website and pre-registering with Festigo are two completely different registrations and are not affiliated with each other. If you have pre-registered via Tomorrowland directly, make sure to register on Festigo’s website as well so we can contact you to secure tickets/packages!
Registering through Festigo simply adds you to our mailing list for when our packages/price list becomes available. Your preference gives us an idea of what everyone wants but does not limit you to what you can book through us when bookings open. You’ll receive the full price list with both camping and hotel options when sales open (date TBC).
If you think you’ve already pre-registered with us, email [email protected] from the email address you would have used and we can cross check. Please do not pre-register multiple times.
No. Only one member of your group needs to pre-register. Having multiple people register does not increase your chances and slows down the process for everyone.
No. Register once only. Duplicate registrations with the same details will be moved to the end of the queue.
No. Your first pre-registration is automatically assigned to a consultant. Any repeat registrations are disregarded and/or pushed to the end of the queue.
BOOKING / PACKAGES
We do not have a confirmed date yet but will notify everyone who has pre-registered once this is locked in. As Travel Partners, we cannot release price lists or go on sale until after Tomorrowland’s official Worldwide Ticket Sale on 31 January 2026. Everyone who pre-registers with Festigo will receive our price list and be able to book after this date.
Unlike Tomorrowland’s online ticket shop, with Festigo you simply fill out an online form on the day with your first and second preferences. Our team processes forms in the order they reach our inbox—no 3AM queues or instant sell-outs.
Tomorrowland limits sales to 4–6 tickets per lead booker, depending on ticket type. Festigo has no set limit, meaning you can book for your entire group in a single booking. Everything is first come, first serve, so ensure you have your group’s details ready before sales open.
As official Travel Partners (not re-sellers), we must book at least two travel components for all Tomorrowland ticket holders. This applies to camping packages too. Travel components can include flights, accommodation, travel insurance, rail passes, group tours, etc. These must be booked before 1 July or your tickets may be cancelled and refunded/resold. A minimum spend applies.
No. Montagoe packages are only available directly through Tomorrowland. Travel Partners do not have access to them.
No. Festigo’s package pricing differs because we arrange our own hotels and shuttles, and prices are set for the Australian market including exchange rate, fees, VAT, etc. Our prices also help fund 24/7 on-ground support in Belgium and the convenience of booking through us instead of competing online at 3AM.
No. Full payment is required within 24 hours of receiving your invoice. Payment plans are only available through SlicePay (10% deposit, up to 26 weekly/fortnightly repayments). A 12% service fee applies. Plans must be set up within 24 hours of receiving your link.
Festigo can help pair solo travellers of similar age and gender to save costs and meet new people. If you prefer your own space, you may book any 2-person camping package and only pay for 1 ticket + accommodation—we will help sell the extra ticket. Solo hotel packages will also be available. We will never place strangers together without both parties agreeing beforehand.
TICKET COLLECTION / OTHER
Tickets and treasure cases are collected in Antwerp on Wednesday/Thursday/Friday of each festival week. Camping or locker vouchers will be emailed to the lead booker the week of the event. We cannot ship bracelets or treasure cases. Once collected, you can link your bracelet to your Tomorrowland account using the unique code on the back.
No. Your booking will only appear in your Tomorrowland account after you collect your bracelet and link it.
Yes. You can book add-ons such as restaurant reservations online without having a ticket/bracelet linked to your account.
This may be possible if there are other customers wanting to swap the same ticket/package type. A change fee per person applies if the swap is successful.
Festigo makes it easy to re-sell your package so you can get your money back. Let us know as soon as possible and you will receive a refund once your package is re-sold (minus a cancellation fee).
