PAYMENT PLAN DEADLINES:
- 50% Deposit Due Upon Booking
- 50% Remaining Balance Due by 15 March 2027
- All packages are FINAL and NON REFUNDABLE. They cannot be modified from the price list below. All prices have been calculated into AUD for the Australian market.
- Final payment must be made by 15 March 2027. THIS DEADLINE CANNOT BE EXTENDED UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES.
- Can’t travel anymore? We can change names and/or resell your package any time before 30 March 2027. A cancellation fee of $250 per person, per change will apply. Refunds will only be provided back to the original method of payment IF/WHEN the package is resold (minus cancellation fee).
- Festigo Travel recommends that you and your party get Travel Insurance to cover any potential loss due to sickness, injury or unforeseen circumstances. Ask us for a quote!
BOOKING PROCESS
- Select the package you want. All pricing is listed per person in $AUD.
- Ensure you provide all details for all passengers in your booking. (Full Name, Date of Birth, Email Address, Mobile Number and Address)
- A deposit of at least 50% of the total price is due upon booking. The remaining balance must be paid off by 15 March 2027.
- Accommodation and ticket vouchers will be sent out via email a week before the event.
