The full price is double the listed amount. The second and final payment if due

Booking Process - What happens next?

- We will reach out to you to ask for the personal/passenger/passport details of you and anyone else in your group
- The second and final payment is due 31st March 2026
- Accommodation vouchers will be sent out by the first week of May 2026
- Wristbands for EDC + Transfers are collected in person the week of EDC
