Itinerary
09 APR – Day 1 – Los Angeles
Welcome to the City of Angels! Make your way to the Ramada Plaza West Hollywood and check in to your hotel! This day is at your leisure, please meet up with us in the lobby around 5pm to collect your Coachella tickets and a group dinner/meet up!
10 APR – Day 2 – Los Angeles
This day is at your leisure! Visit Hollywood, Griffith Observatory, Santa Monica Beach or Universal Studios – whatever you feel like! Don’t have a late night as we leave early in the morning!
11 APR – Day 3 – Palm Springs / Coachella Day 1
We depart LA at 9am and head to Palm Springs to our accommodation (Hotel Zoso Palm Springs). Once we’re all settled in, we’ll make our way to Coachella Day 1! Gates open at 1pm!
12 APR – Day 4 – Palm Springs / Coachella Day 2
13 APR – Day 5 – Palm Springs / Coachella Day 3
14 APR – Day 6 – Las Vegas
Today we depart to Sin City! We’ll leave at 11am so everyone can sleep in and head to Planet Hollywood Las Vegas! Ask us about what kind of experience you want in Las Vegas (sightseeing, gun range, shopping, nightclubs, pool parties etc!)
15 APR – Day 7 – Las Vegas
Partying in Sin City!
16 APR – Day 7 – Las Vegas + Optional Grand Canyon Tour
Today you have the option to do the Grand Canyon West Rim Tour! If you would like to do this please let us know in advance and we’ll arrange the tour bus for you! This is a full day experience early departure so please don’t have a huge night prior!
17 APR – Day 8 – Las Vegas
One last night partying in Sin City!
18 APR – Day 9 – End of Trip
