Booking Fee

A booking fee of AUD $35.00 will be charged, but we are happy to reimburse you this amount if you purchase our FIFO (fly in fly out) flights to Qlimax.

The booking fee is inclusive of:

  • The security knowing that you’ll get your tickets are confirmed 100% in advance
  • Full service for your booking from start to finish (ask questions, make amendments, etc)
  • Direct industry contacts – save you having to reach out directly to QDance/B2S for any information or clarifications
  • After hours assistance with your booking/ 24 hour assistance
  • The admin work behind getting all information together
  • The ability to re-sell your tickets easily within our community groups if you can’t attend
